Adding Integrations

Connect Tectra to your favorite tools and platforms to unlock powerful automations

Adding Integrations

Integrations are the foundation of Tectra's power. By connecting your favorite tools and platforms, you enable Tectra to automate tasks, sync data, and work seamlessly across your entire tech stack.

What Are Integrations?

Integrations allow Tectra to:

  • Read and write data from your connected tools
  • Trigger workflows based on changes in your systems
  • Perform actions on your behalf
  • Sync information between different platforms

Popular integrations include email platforms, project management tools, CRM systems, communication platforms, and many more.

Adding Your First Integration

  1. Go to the integrations page: https://app.tectra.ai/manager/integrations
  2. You'll see all available integrations

Step 2: Choose an Integration

Step 3: Configure Integration Details

Depending on the integration you selected, you may need to provide:

  • API keys or tokens: For direct API access
  • Account credentials: Username and password for some services
  • Server information: URLs, ports, or connection strings
  • Permissions: Specific access levels or scopes

Step 4: Connect and Authenticate

  1. Click "Connect" to initiate the connection process
  2. A popup window will appear with authentication instructions
  3. Follow the specific steps for your chosen integration:
    • OAuth platforms: You'll be redirected to authorize Tectra
    • API-based tools: Enter your API credentials
    • Enterprise systems: Follow custom authentication flows

Step 5: Complete the Authentication Process

The authentication process varies by platform:

For OAuth Platforms (like Google, Microsoft, Salesforce):

  1. You'll be redirected to the platform's login page
  2. Sign in with your account credentials
  3. Review and approve the permissions Tectra is requesting
  4. You'll be redirected back to Tectra with a success message

Step 6: Verify the Connection

  1. Once authentication is complete, you'll see a success message
  2. The integration will appear in your integrations list as "Connected"
