Getting Started

Q: How do I add Tectra to my Zoom meeting? A: Go to app.tectra.ai/manager/meetings, add your meeting details, and click "Create & Join" to automatically add Tectra to your call.

Q: Why can't Tectra hear me in meetings? A: Make sure Tectra is unmuted in the meeting and use the activation phrase "Hey, Tectra" to get its attention.

Account & Billing

Q: How do I upgrade my account? A: Visit your billing settings at app.tectra.ai/manager/settings/?tab=billing and select your preferred tier.

Q: Can I change my billing tier anytime? A: Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and process payments securely.
